Scholarship for Students Degree with a university, Ph.D. postdoctoral or college teaching and research experience and previous experience in developing countries in political transition is preferred. The Scholarship for Students academic year comprises two semesters: mid-October to February and February to the end of July. A letter of invitation from host institution is not required to register. English School, American School of Kinshasa, are available for children in grade K-12 that accompanied the scholar.
